It has grown into a central venue for fostering collaboration and exchanging new ideas in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The microtubule cytoskeleton plays a vital role in diverse cellular processes, including chromosome segregation, vesicle and organelle transport, cell motility, and the establishment of polarity. When microtubule function is impaired, the consequences include human diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making microtubules key therapeutic targets. Recent advances have come from interdisciplinary approaches that integrate cell biology, genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry, biophysics, structural biology, and mathematical modeling, greatly expanding the impact and scope of microtubule research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the field continues to diversify, the need for a strong, unifying meeting becomes increasingly important. This symposium addresses that need by bringing together researchers across disciplines and career stages.
