The EMBL Advanced Training Centre also benefits from the support of its corporate partners through the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.embl.org\/about\/info\/support\/embl-corporate-partnership-programme\/\">Corporate Partnership Programme<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quick Facts:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The building has a total volume of 79,228 m\u00b3. This equals the contents of 240 mil. coke cans!<\/li><li>It takes up an effective area of 10,037 m\u00b2. This equals 2 \u00bd football fields.<\/li><li>The outer surface is 4,100 m\u00b2 and the glass surface is 3,200 m\u00b2 (120t glass)<br>The glass surface of the dome of the Reichstag in Berlin is by comparison 3,000 m\u00b2<\/li><li>The ceiling height in the Foyer Auditorium is 30 m.<br>The height of the Wasserturm in Mannheim is by comparison 60 m.<\/li><li>The project employed 21 consultants
