The aim of the the ARISE training programme is to train our fellows for careers in core facilities, service units, data services, and big infrastructures, in academia or industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All training is mapped to a competency framework<\/strong><\/a> developed for research infrastructure scientists.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Training is provided in the form of courses<\/a> <\/strong>and secondments<\/strong><\/a>, both internal and external, distributed throughout their fellowship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The courses are delivered by volunteer trainers from EMBL and external organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

External secondments take place with ARISE partner organisations in industry and academia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
