The Administrative and Institutional collections primarily document the history and development of EMBL as an organisation across all its sites, covering its functions, activities, institutional agreements, policies, governance, communication materials and administrative developments since its establishment in 1974.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notable collections in this category include documents and materials from EMBL’s governing bodies, such as the EMBL Council Secretariat, the EMBL Director General’s Office and the EMBL-EBI Director’s Office. It also includes documentation from EMBL’s administrative and institutional offices and departments, such as EMBL Human Resources, where we mainly preserve historical information about how we ran the organisation, EMBL Finance and EMBL Communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
