This year, hear how research discoveries can effectively be translated into impact. What lessons can we learn from previous ventures in order to maximise future collaborations?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Venture investors, funders and expert speakers from industry and academia will share how they are maximising the translation of great discoveries into great impact, as well as what they seek when considering partnerships with researchers. You will hear from a range of voices representing multiple perspectives, highlighting the challenges and possibilities for both researchers and investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in launching new spin-out ventures, collaborating with industry or exploring career options in these areas to gain essential knowledge and understanding, and&nbsp;to learn from or&nbsp;contribute to a fascinating and evolving debate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;This hybrid event offers&nbsp;an excellent opportunity to strengthen ties and explore collaborations with the EMBL community and between industry and science researchers in the UK and beyond.&nbsp;There will also be a discussion on&nbsp;EMBL&nbsp;scientific resources available&nbsp;to all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration is free and open to all, and includes refreshments.
